Our Geological services include;

  • Full management of exploration programs from conceptualization, exploration programs designing, execution of exploration plan, interpretation of exploration results to reporting of results.

  • Application of mineral rights through gathering all documents that meet conditions for the grant of different categories of mineral rights.

  • Tenements management through keeping the tenements in a good standing in accordance with the governmental requirements.

  • Provision of geological and technical personnel for building exploration teams

  • Evaluation and assessment of existing or proposed exploration / advanced exploration projects before acquision or merger.

  • Provision of GIS and Database services utilizing industrial recognized softwares such as Mapinfo Discover, Micromine and ArcMap.

  • Ground geophysical applications and interpretation including ground magnetic, gravity, resistivity, IP, EM and MT via long established associations with other consultants and contractors.

  • Supervision of small to large drilling campaigns.

  • Assisting clients with Data acquision, research, capture & desk top studies for potential regions or project areas of interest

  • Mineral resources estimation

  • Conducting of various studies including, scoping and feasibility studies.

  • Writing of independent geological reports, reporting of exploration results and mineral resources to the stock Market.

 

Administration 

  • Coordinate activities throughout the company to ensure efficiency and maintain compliance with company policy
  • Manage agendas, travel plans and appointments for upper management
  • Manage emails, letters, packages, phone calls and other forms of correspondence
  • Support bookkeeping and budgeting procedures for the company
  • Create and update databases and records for financial information, personnel and other data
  • Track and replace office supplies as necessary to avoid interruptions in standard front office procedures
  • Assist other departments in day to day activities whenever there is an opportunity to do so
  • Support filling and follow up application for work permit and resident permits
  • Facilitate hotel bookings and airport pick up, and ensuring adherence to covid-19 protocol
  • Ensuring the offices are clean and stocked with standard office consumables.

 

 

Accounting and compliance

  • Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual reports.
  • Conducting internal audits.
  • Overseeing tax payments and other statutory payments.
  • Working with other departments in the company to prepare budgets for the organization.
  • Work with Tanzania Revenue Authority and other government agencies in order to comply with the maximum good compliance practices.
  • Ensure compliance of every payment be in accordance with the requirements of company operation and
  • To post all payments to system, and deal with the reconciliation.
  • Monitoring and reporting on accounting inconsistencies.
  • Keeping up-to-date with financial policies, practices, and regulations.
  • Complying with state and federal tax regulations.
  • Cooperation with other functions on general accounting issues;

Tenements maintenance and compliance

  • Managing the tracking of licenses and ensuring 100% validity at all times.
  • Responsible for managing and ensuring 100% accuracy of license records.
  • Compile and submit requisite government reports.
  • Ongoing monitoring of expenditure on tenements, ensuring It meets JV and government requirements.
  • Responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate renewal and re-application of licenses.
  • Preparation of GIS maps and database for licensing as per the company’s Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Monitoring of grounds of Interest for application of license.
  • Assist with the ongoing Identification of ground owners.
  • Coordinate the provision of general GIS and mapping support.
  • Preparation of weekly and monthly tenement reports
  • Responsible for managing the payment of license fees.
  • To prepare and coordinate the annual license budget.
  • To manage relevant legislation and departmental processes.
  • Ensure minimum requirement for local content
  • Identify/monitor on quarterly basis the licenses/tenements which are in ‘Critical Periods’ l.e the licences which will be expiring (second renewal) in less than A) 12-months’ time and B) 24-month time and assist an Exploration Department with the strategy for these assets.
